Job summary
Halliburton Energy Services, Landmark Software & Services, seeks a Customer Success & Support Geoscientist to help customers maximize the value of their Neftex subscription. This role combines geoscience expertise, customer engagement, technical support, workflow enablement, and user training to drive adoption and success.
The successful candidate will be the primary technical contact for assigned customers, providing onboarding support, workflow guidance, training, and ongoing
Qualifications
- Degree in Geoscience, Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or related discipline.
- Experience in exploration, subsurface, geological or geoscience environments.
- Understanding of exploration and subsurface workflows.
- Experience delivering technical support, user training, or customer-facing services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new Neftex customers and develop adoption plans to increase engagement.
- Act as primary technical contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide onboarding, training, and workflow guidance to ensure product adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development to relay customer feedback.
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and demonstrations; create educational materials.
- Maintain regular customer touchpoints and monitor engagement and satisfaction.
