Job summary
Halliburton in Houston, TX seeks a Customer Success & Support Geoscientist to help customers maximize value from Neftex. You will act as primary technical contact, provide onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption, and serve as a liaison between customers and Product/Development teams.
The role emphasizes technical support, workflow guidance, and the continuous improvement of customer success programs, with collaboration across Product Management, R&D, and Support
Qualifications
- Degree in Geoscience, Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or related discipline.
- Experience in exploration, subsurface, geological, or geoscience-focused environments.
- Experience delivering technical support, user training, or customer-facing services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and develop adoption plans to increase engagement.
- Provide onboarding support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption.
- Deliver training sessions and develop educational materials for users.
- Support customer success through regular engagement and issue resolution.
