Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS, or geospatial imagery products.
• Ability to bridge technical workflows with commercial value.
• Demonstrated thought partnership and ability to read client motivations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with customers in commercial markets.
• Drive renewal and expansion opportunities post-sales.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape unified commercial strategies.
• Develop and present success plans and QBRs showing ROI of Planet solutions.
• Navigate stakeholder networks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
