Job summary

Aestiva Surfaces by Pyradra Stone Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to develop new business and expand our quartz and stone offerings.

You will build relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, remodelers, designers, and kitchen & bath companies, while visiting showrooms and jobsites to grow the customer base. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Existing customer base or strong industry relationships in Georgia/Atlanta is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, aggressive in business development, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow sales within an assigned territory.
• Build relationships with stone fabricators, contractors, builders, remodelers, designers, and kitchen & bath companies.
• Conduct regular customer visits, showroom visits, and jobsite visits.
• Prospect for new accounts while growing existing customer relationships.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and develop repeat business.
• Present and promote the company's quartz and stone products, pricing, inventory, and services.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
