Job summary

Stone Warehouse is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Sterling Heights, MI and surrounding areas. The role focuses on selling granite and quartz products to fabricators, builders, and contractors, developing new customers, and meeting sales targets with commissions.

The position offers a base salary starting at $50,000 plus commissions, full-time hours, and benefits including health and vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k). Weekend availability is required on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative is a must; prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to existing and prospective customers in the stone industry.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
• Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
