Job summary

UGM Surfaces in the United States is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Stone & Granite market. The role focuses on building relationships, lead generation, and closing deals with builder clients and customers; the position is onsite in St.

Louis, MO and full-time. You will earn a base salary between $45,000 and $60,000 plus a bi-weekly car allowance and a commission of 1.5% on net sales, paid after a four-month arrears period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience in the Stone & Granite Industry preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
