Job summary

Belle is seeking a dynamic, hands-on State Operations Manager to lead and grow our field operations across Georgia. The role requires regular travel throughout the state (50-75%).

You will drive performance, coaching, and accountability, building a strong leadership bench while aligning with our care-driven mission. Based in Georgia, you will collaborate with VP, CHW teams, and other departments to scale operations, implement new processes, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations or multi-site people management.
• Strong coaching and bench-building experience.
• Comfort with data to identify trends and diagnose root causes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, execution-focused leadership in fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed statewide performance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain field presence with CHW ride-alongs and real-time coaching.
• Report performance, risks, and recommendations to VP of Operations.
• Establish clear ownership across state teams and levels.
• Ensure teams own day-to-day performance and escalations.
