Job summary

Belle is seeking a dynamic, hands-on State Operations Manager to lead and grow field operations across Georgia. This high-impact role requires regular travel throughout the state (50-75%) and focuses on building operational discipline, coaching leaders, and delivering strong member experiences.

You will drive performance, establish accountability, and partner across Member Operations, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, Accounting and Engineering to implement cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations or multi-site people management.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills with experience building a manager bench.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends, diagnose root causes and drive action.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented leader in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a strong field presence with monthly CHW ride-alongs and coaching.
• Report performance, risks, and recommendations to the VP of Operations.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability across roles in the state operations team.
• Ensure day-to-day CHW performance and escalations are resolved at appropriate levels.
• Develop leadership capabilities and a strong candidate pipeline for growth.
• Translate priorities into clear execution plans and drive adoption of new processes and tech.
• Serve as the primary Georgia Ops point person for cross-functional initiatives.
