Job summary

Belle, LLC is seeking a dynamic State Operations Manager to lead and grow field operations across Georgia. The role requires regular travel within the state (50–75%). You'll drive performance, coach leaders, and ensure an excellent member experience as Belle scales its care platform for seniors.

Based in Georgia, this hands-on leader will establish accountability, build leadership pipelines, and translate priorities into actionable execution plans leveraging new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline managers.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
• Hands-on leader comfortable in fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain field presence through CHW ride-alongs, coaching, and engagement across the state.
• Report performance, risks, and recommendations to the VP of Operations.
• Establish clear ownership across State Ops, BOS, CHW Lead, and CHW levels.
• Ensure BOSs independently own day-to-day CHW performance and escalations.
• Develop leadership capabilities and a strong candidate pipeline to support growth.
• Translate priorities into execution plans and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
• Serve as the primary Georgia Ops point for cross-functional teams (Member Ops, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, Accounting, Engineering).
