Job summary

Belle, LLC is seeking a dynamic, hands-on State Operations Manager to lead and grow field operations across Georgia. This role drives accountability, develops operational leaders, and ensures an exceptional member experience. Regular travel throughout Georgia is required (roughly 50–75%).

In this role you will meet statewide benchmarks, coach CHWs, report to the VP of Operations, and build cross-functional partnerships to support rapid growth and continued operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations or multi-site people management.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills with experience building a manager bench.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective action.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a strong field presence through CHW ride-alongs, coaching and building engagement.
• Report performance, risks, and recommendations to the VP of Operations.
• Establish clear ownership across State Operations Manager and CHW team.
• Ensure CHW performance and escalations are managed at appropriate levels.
• Develop leadership capabilities and a strong candidate pipeline for growth.
• Translate priorities into execution plans and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
• Serve as Georgia Ops point person for cross-functional initiatives with Member Ops, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, Accounting and Engineering.
