Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in consulting with Surveying/Geomatics.
- Experience leading professional/technical staff.
- Proven project management across staffing, schedules, budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to evaluate risk and standardize across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Surveying and Geomatics project delivery across the Oregon Region, coordinating staffing and workload.
- Serve as project manager with schedules, budgets, forecasts, and client outcomes.
- Coach and develop staff, support recruiting, engagement, and growth.
- Promote consistent delivery practices, standards, and tech usage.
- Build client and partner relationships to drive satisfaction and business growth.
