Job summary
David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Survey and Geomatics Delivery Leader for the Mountain West and Inland Northwest markets, with offices in Spokane, Boise, Coeur d’Alene, Pocatello, Denver and Salt Lake City.
You will provide operational and project delivery leadership, oversee staffing and budgets, mentor staff, and strengthen client relations while promoting standardized geomatics workflows and high-quality results across regions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in a consulting organization with surveying/geomatics experience.
- Proven ability to lead professional and technical staff and make staffing decisions.
- Strong project management skills with staffing, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across Mountain West and Inland Northwest with staffing and workload forecasting.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, revenue forecasts, deliverables, quality and client outcomes.
- Coach and develop staff and leaders, supporting recruiting and growth.
- Promote standard practices and effective use of geomatics technologies region-wide.
- Build client relationships and support business development and strategic decisions.
