Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Survey and Geomatics Delivery Leader for the Mountain West region. The role oversees regional delivery across multiple offices and collaborates with project managers to align resources with demand.

You will lead staff development, manage schedules and budgets, and drive client satisfaction while upholding technical standards and expanding market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a consulting organization with surveying and geomatics experience.
• Experience managing professional and technical staff and leading teams.
• Proven project management experience including staffing, schedules, budgets, forecasting, quality, deliverables, and client outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, partnering and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to evaluate risk, reward, and cost while promoting consistency across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying and geomatics project delivery across Mountain West and Inland Northwest markets.
• Act as project manager coordinating schedules, budgets, forecasts, and quality outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop staff and group leaders, supporting recruiting and engagement.
• Promote consistent project delivery practices and technical standards.
• Build relationships with clients and internal partners to support satisfaction and business development.
