Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Survey and Geomatics Delivery Leader for the Mountain West Region.

You will provide operational, people, and project delivery leadership across Mountain West and Inland Northwest markets, balancing regional oversight with hands-on project management and staff development. The role emphasizes client engagement, business development, and adherence to technical standards in LiDAR, CAD, and modern geomatics workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in a consulting organization with Surveying and Geomatics experience.
Experience leading and developing professional and technical staff.
Proven project management experience including staffing, schedules, budgets, forecasting, quality, deliverables, and client outcomes.
Strong leadership and communication, negotiation, partnering, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery across the Mountain West and Inland Northwest, coordinating staffing, workload forecasting, utilization, and workshare across teams and markets.
Serve as a project manager coordinating schedules, budgets, revenue forecasts, deliverables, quality, and project performance.
Lead, coach, and develop staff and Group Leaders, supporting recruiting, engagement, retention, and professional growth.
Promote consistent delivery practices, technical standards, and effective use of Surveying and Geomatics technologies across the region.
Build strong client relationships, supporting client satisfaction, business development, and strategic market decisions.
