Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Survey and Geomatics Delivery Leader for the Mountain West Region. The role combines regional operations leadership with hands-on project management to ensure staffing, schedules, budgets, and quality are optimized for client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of consulting experience in surveying and geomatics, plus a PLS license. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential, along with experience with

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in a consulting organization with advancing survey/geomatics experience.
Experience managing professional/technical staff and staffing decisions.
Project management responsibility for staffing, schedules, budgets, and client outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
Ability to evaluate risk, reward, and cost while standardizing practices across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery across Mountain West and Inland Northwest regions, coordinating staffing and workload.
Serve as project manager, monitoring schedules, budgets, forecasts, deliverables and quality.
Develop staff and leaders, support recruiting, engagement and growth.
Promote consistent project delivery practices and technical standards.
Build strong client relationships to support satisfaction and business development.
