Job summary
David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Survey and Geomatics Delivery Leader for the Mountain West Region. The role oversees project delivery, staffing, schedules, budgets, and quality while collaborating with project managers to align resources across markets.
You will lead, coach, and develop staff, promote standardized practices, and strengthen client engagement to advance market performance. This is a dynamic role with opportunities across multiple offices.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years in a consulting environment with surveying/geomatics experience.
- Experience managing professional/technical staff and staffing decisions.
- Proven project management experience including schedules, budgets, forecasts, and client outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to evaluate risk, reward, and cost while promoting standardization across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across Mountain West and Inland Northwest regions, coordinating staffing and workload.
- Serve as project manager with schedules, budgets, and quality controls; monitor revenue forecasts.
- Develop staff and leaders, support recruiting, engagement, and growth.
- Promote consistent delivery practices and leverage Surveying and Geomatics technologies.
- Build client relationships and support business development and market decisions.
