Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks a Geologist II to join our Alaska team. You will collect, synthesize, and document environmental data from investigations, support project documentation, and provide field supervision.

This role requires initiative, strong problem solving, and the ability to work under deadlines. Based in Anchorage or Fairbanks, you will contribute to environmental site assessments and regulatory compliance while collaborating with technicians and other professionals to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, or environmental engineering.
• Five to ten years of environmental project experience.
• Familiar with state/federal environmental regulations (ADEC/others).
• Must meet ADEC’s Qualified Professional definition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, investigations, and data collection.
• Prepare technical evaluations using regulatory guidelines (RCRA, NPDES, CWA).
• Provide scientific guidance and supervise junior staff as needed.
• Assist in creating project documentation and supporting permits and reports.
