Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks a Geologist III to join our Anchorage/Fairbanks, AK team (also Post Falls, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Portland, ME). You will collect, synthesize, and document data from investigated areas and provide field support as needed, with mentorship toward PM/Technical Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, physical or environmental science, or environmental engineering.
• 7–15 years of experience on environmental projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per regulatory guidelines.
• Lead data collection and evaluation to support environmental project objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations and written project documentation.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff and prepare environmental permits and plans.
