Partners Personnel in Romeoville, IL is seeking an Inventory Associate to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations at a leading toy distribution center.

You will perform cycle counts, verify quantities and locations, use RF scanners and inventory systems, and help resolve discrepancies while contributing to process improvements. This role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on accuracy.

Job Description
Partners Personnel is hiring experienced Inventory Associates for warehouse opportunities with a leading toy distribution center in Romeoville, IL. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

Experience: Inventory Control experience preferred

Job Title: Inventory Associate
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:00 PM-2:30 AM
Location: Romeoville, IL

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the facility
• Verify inventory quantities, product locations, and warehouse transactions
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems
• Support inventory control processes and operational improvement initiatives
• Communicate inventory findings and concerns to warehouse leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inventory control, cycle count, or warehouse inventory experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners, inventory management systems, and basic computer applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on inventory accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Proven ability to perform cycle counts, investigate inventory variances, and maintain accurate inventory records
