Job summary

Partners Personnel is hiring an Outbound Associate for a leading toy distribution center in Romeoville, IL. You will ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying shipping docs, staging and loading shipments, and using RF scanners and WMS to track activity while meeting daily productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 6:00 PM-2:30 AM

Location: Romeoville, IL
