Partners Personnel is hiring motivated and dependable Picker/Packers for a leading toy distribution center in Romeoville, IL. You will use RF scanners to fulfill orders with accuracy and speed, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing through the shift.

This full-time night shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Candidates with warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift

Mansioni

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners
• Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations and transport completed orders to packing stations
• Verify item numbers, quantities, weights, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Use scales and inventory tracking systems to confirm product quantities when required
• Assemble boxes, label shipments, and prepare orders for outbound delivery

Partners Personnel is hiring motivated and dependable individuals for warehouse opportunities with a leading toy distribution center in Romeoville, IL. We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience: RF Scanner experience preferred

Job Title: Picker/Packer
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:0 PM-2:30 AM
Location: Romeoville, IL

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse technology
• Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations and transport completed orders to packing stations
• Verify item numbers, quantities, weights, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Use scales and inventory tracking systems to confirm product quantities when required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the entire shift
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse technology, or inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Ability to accurately follow written instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures
