Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Account Executive – Genomics & Rare Disease to drive regional growth across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on pediatric hospitals, academic medical centers, and health systems, promoting advanced genomic testing solutions.

Reporting to the Regional VP, you will craft a regional business plan, analyze sales performance, manage forecasting in CRM, and serve as a trusted scientific and commercial resource to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences.
• 5+ years of sales in genomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Proven track record selling to pediatric hospitals or academic medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Build relationships with clinicians, hospital admins, and decision-makers.
• Utilize a science-driven consultative sales approach for genomic testing solutions.
• Manage territory data, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver scientific presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to clinical audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to support customer success.
