Job summary

Illumina is expanding access to genomic technology to achieve health equity and drive transformative discoveries. The Staff Marketing Programs Manager will plan, develop, and execute regional multi-channel marketing programs for Illumina’s multiomics products and research segments.

The role requires leading cross-functional marketing efforts, interpreting field data, and managing budgets to drive near- and long-term revenue while collaborating across a large matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven track record in leading campaign development and execution.
• Sales experience, genomics experience, or hands-on sequencing experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, develop and execute regional multi-channel marketing plans with global and sub-regional field marketing to accelerate pipeline and near-term revenue.
• Interpret market data and field input to inform marketing programs and action plans.
• Manage concurrent execution of marketing tactics within a program and align tactics to segment strategy.
• Identify and use various marketing channels to reach the market segment.
• Report and monitor KPI campaign performance and implement improvements to optimize ROI.
• Maintain and oversee campaign budget, aiming for 95–100% quarterly spend on Marketing Programs.
• Participate in quarterly and annual planning and review cycles.
