Qualifications

• BS/BA in Molecular Biology or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 1-2 years genomics-based laboratory experience required.
• Familiarity with multiple advanced genomics approaches, including NGS pipelines, single-cell approaches, CRISPR-Cas9.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced genomics techniques including NGS, gene expression profiling, and scRNA-seq.
• Develop and implement new laboratory methods and assays.
• Maintain detailed lab records and sample inventories.
• Provide guidance to laboratory staff and collaborate with investigators.
