Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with DNA/RNA isolation from cells, tissue, FFPE curls and blood.
• Proficiency in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflow including library prep and QC analysis.
• Ability to document work using electronic lab notebooks and LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise junior associates on NGS experiments and lab operations.
• Perform DNA/RNA isolation, library preparation and sequencing on Illumina platforms.
• Analyze sequencing metrics and ensure accurate electronic documentation.
• Develop and review standard operating procedures and staff training guides.
• Manage resources, service requests, and coordination with investigators.
