Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Genomics Laboratory Operations Supervisor to oversee the Genomics Operational Laboratory team and ensure high-quality, timely diagnostic reporting. The role collaborates with Clinical and Technical teams to implement workflow solutions in a matrixed environment.

The position is based in Aurora, with a day shift Monday–Friday and flexibility to support evenings and weekends as needed. Strong leadership and genomics expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily lab operations in the genomics facility to ensure quality and timely diagnostic reporting.
• Owns SLAs and TAT metrics, setting goals and reporting progress on core initiatives.
• Leads lab operations in coordination with Technical and Clinical teams, streamlining inter-team handoffs.
