Job summary

Under direction of Laboratory Directors and Manager, you will implement procedures and quality measures across departments.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, budgeting, and collaboration with Medical Directors to maintain uninterrupted services and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline with CLIA compliance.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible and related work experience.
• CLS , or PA (ASCP) – Pathologist Assistant Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises lab personnel and plans daily operations.
• Develops schedules to maintain staffing and service levels.
• Ensures compliance with CAP, JCAHO, state and SHC regulations.
• Oversees QA/QC programs and budget adherence.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and inventory.
