Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required
• Clinical laboratory experience desired
• Clinical molecular diagnostics laboratory experience strongly preferred
• Epic Beaker CP experience in Genetics (VAR result type) build experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose system problems, identify root cause, and solve or escalate
• Plan, design, implement, maintain and optimize applications
• Translate requirements into design and development specifications
• Collaborate with users and IT staff to design, develop, test and maintain systems
• Provide Tier 2 support and on-call coverage as required
