Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Biological Sciences or similar is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Show initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently.
• Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage samples in the laboratory information management system (LIMS) and ensure quick, efficient specimen processing.
• Develop understanding of internal lab processes and databases for pharma/partner ops projects.
• Communicate with pharma/partner ops teams to clarify specimen status, delays, and completion dates.
• Respond to inquiries by email, Slack, and in person quickly and professionally.
• Track and manage progress on pharma/partner ops laboratory projects.
