Responsibilities

• Operational management of the sample returns workflow, including staff scheduling, quality and compliance oversight and managing needs of a growing lab.
• Assign and prioritize work activities to ensure team and individual goals are met.
• Audit LIMS reports daily to ensure all samples are processed in an appropriate time frame and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Identify and document occurrences that deviate from defined procedures and implement improvements.
• Hire, train, annual reviews, recognition, coaching, and corrective action for the accessioning team.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and continually improve processes for accuracy and efficiency.
