Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of post-BS clinical experience in a CAP/CLIA high-complexity lab with NGS familiarity.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and motivation to advance molecular oncology testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control and laboratory procedures for NGS workflows in a clinical lab.
• Read and understand NGS SOPs; assist in editing/creating procedures and documentation.
• Maintain competency in molecular biology protocols and meet CEU requirements annually.
• Support training of other technologists and optimize training documents.
• Conduct routine diagnostic oncology testing with high quality in line with SOPs.
