You will collaborate with Sales Directors to meet sales targets, deliver clinical education, and present our genetic testing solutions with a focus on customer service while traveling up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare account management or medical sales.
• Experience with reproductive/women’s genetic testing a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency with CRM, Office, SharePoint, LMS, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships within assigned base accounts.
• Execute client retention and penetration strategies to maximize utilization.
• Monitor territory performance and forecast sales using CRM tools.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet sales goals.
• Deliver product presentations and clinical education to customers.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product development.
• Attend conferences and industry events to stay informed on market trends.
