Genomic Medicine Cell Therapy Workflow Development Leader

Join us to apply for the Genomic Medicine Cell Therapy Workflow Development Leader role at Cytiva.

This role involves working with cell therapy companies from pre-clinical to commercialization, identifying opportunities, and driving the adoption of Cytiva’s cell therapy products.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop sales opportunities to meet business targets using CRM software.
  2. Support Account Managers and Field Application Specialists in integrating Cytiva’s cell therapy products into customer workflows.
  3. Develop account strategies and territory plans, engaging with decision-makers across various roles.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cytiva’s cell therapy portfolio and competitive landscape.
  5. Foster collaboration across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
  • At least 3 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of cell therapy workflows and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience managing sales funnels and forecasting.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or an MBA.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Qlik, and familiarity with cGMP manufacturing.
Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $100,000-$125,000 USD, plus bonus potential of 50%. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k). Remote work arrangements are available for qualified candidates.
