In this role, you will be responsible for working with cell therapy companies from pre-clinical to commercialization, prospecting, identifying opportunities, and driving the adoption of Cytiva’s cell therapy products in customer processes, ultimately driving revenue growth. This position reports to the US and Canada Cell Therapy Leader, is part of the Genomic Medicine commercial team covering the mid-Atlantic territory, and is fully remote. Ideally, it is located near Maryland/DC, Baltimore, or Frederick, but North Carolina’s RTP area could also be considered.

What you will do:

• Identify and develop sales opportunities to meet targets by managing leads and prospects with CRM software.
• Act as the cell therapy subject matter expert, supporting Account Managers and Field Application Specialists in integrating Cytiva’s products into customer workflows.
• Develop account strategies and territory plans, engaging with decision-makers from scientists to executives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cytiva’s cell therapy portfolio, including value propositions and competitive products.
• Build internal networks to foster collaboration and customer satisfaction across functions.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Deep understanding of the cell therapy workflow, supporting customer development, scale-up, and tech transfer to cGMP manufacturing.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Experience managing a sales funnel, preparing forecasts, and tracking performance.

Travel and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel approximately 25%, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Experience:

• Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or an MBA.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Qlik, and familiarity with cGMP practices.
