Job summary

the company in the GTM Analytics Engineering team is building an AI-native platform with Genie-powered analytics agents and LLM-driven workflows. You'll work with senior engineers, leaning on AI coding tools from day one, and own features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.

You'll write Python and SQL against the lakehouse and Lakebase services, integrate agentic workflows, and contribute to evaluation, quality, and production deployments across the GTM Hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software and AI engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs / generative AI via APIs, prompts, RAG.
• Familiar with AI developer tools (Claude, Cursor) and a drive to push AI-assisted engineering forward.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build Genie-powered analytics agents and AI-driven workflows inside the GTM Hub.
• Develop agentic workflows—prompts, tools, integration, retrieval, evaluation.
• Write Python and SQL against the lakehouse (Unity Catalog, Delta) and Lakebase services.
• Use AI coding tools as a core part of workflow; build reusable skills and harnesses.
• Contribute to evaluation, scorecards, and regression checks for AI outputs.
• Collaborate with data, app, and strategy/ops teams from idea to production.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews (human and AI-assisted).
