Job summary

Databricks is hiring a Senior GTM Analytics Engineer to build advanced generative AI apps, automated pipelines, and agentic solutions to optimize revenue operations. You will own data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, and design high-level AI implementations like Agentic CDPs.

You will work with Salesforce, Xactly, and 6sense to ensure unified data architecture and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate business problems into scalable, data-driven AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics with B2B data.
• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse or equivalent platform.
• Strong background in ML and generative AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced data pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
• Architect AI solutions and agent-like systems for GTM operations.
• Integrate data flows across systems (Salesforce, Xactly, 6sense).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to deliver data-driven AI tools.
• Deliver production-grade, scalable data solutions and governance.
