Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM AI Engineer on the AI Operations team. You will own the full development lifecycle for internal AI tools, building agents and full stack applications used by our GTM team, from prototype to production and maintenance.

You will work with Glean, N8N, Cursor, and Google Cloud, balancing performance and cost while mentoring end users and documenting launched solutions. A passion for AI and scalable solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with strong AI fundamentals.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows and orchestration.
• Ability to collaborate with product teams and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of internal AI tools from prototyping to production.
• Build complex agents using Glean and N8N and develop full-stack apps with Cursor.
• Collaborate with product managers and enterprise teams to integrate data sources securely.
• Document launched solutions and train end users on usage and best practices.
