Labcorp Genetics is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurers. You will resolve billing inquiries, discuss payment options, and initiate payment plans while maintaining high service levels.

The role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy across systems, and fast learning within a structured training program. Training and scheduling align with patient-centered care and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year or more customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability.

Aufgaben

• Answer high volume of inbound calls from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers.
• Make outbound calls as requested to resolve open Patient AR and to resolve customer inquiries.
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
• Maintain performance goals.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.
