Zusammenfassung

Labcorp Genetics team is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative - Remote. You will handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient accounts and billing inquiries, assist patients with payment options, and coordinate with providers and payers to resolve balances.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of healthcare call center experience; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare call centers is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Answer high volume inbound calls from patients, doctor's offices and insurers.
• Make outbound calls to resolve patient AR and customer inquiries.
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
• Use multiple resources to resolve billing questions during calls.
• Maintain performance goals and adapt after training.
• Develop proficiency through a structured training program.
