HALO Precision Diagnostics seeks a Patient Navigator to support patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, including education, scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and seamless coordination with clinicians and partner sites.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, EMR documentation, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist required.
• 2+ years clinical experience in phlebotomy or related patient-facing role.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing process.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Support partner sites with clinic integration and workflow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data security.
