HALO Precision Diagnostics in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer testing. The role emphasizes patient education, care coordination, and accurate specimen collection within a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time, in-person position offers a competitive compensation of $25.00-$30.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, stock options, and weekday schedules with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture experience.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure a supportive and informed experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Own patient cases, scheduling, follow-ups, and workflow coordination.
