Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage phone/email inquiries; assist with pre-authorizations; coordinate lab and insurance communication.
• Confirm information for appointments and prepare patient charts and test requisitions.
• Track testing and consultations; organize results and notify families/providers.
• Act as a liaison to facilitate communication with internal and external providers.
• Connect patients with Resource Services and other hospital resources.
