Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Application Development & Maintenance professional in the United States. You will develop and sustain software systems, working in cross-functional teams to follow design controls and engineering practices.

You will configure and code end-user applications, support integrations with CRM systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP CRM, and document configurations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform.
• Integration experience with CRM systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM).
• Ability to document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions).
• Troubleshooting experience with Genesys Cloud and identity issues in upstream/downstream apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
