You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and document configurations such as call flows and data actions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Genesys Cloud issues, integrating CRM systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), and contributing to complex projects that align with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Hands on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, preferred
• Integration experience with CRM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), preferred
• Ability to document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions, etc), preferred
• Troubleshooting experience to resolve issues with the Genesys Cloud platform and identity issues with upstream or downstream applications, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, preferred
• Ability to communicate well with business and technical team members, preferred
