The role emphasizes documenting configurations, call flows and data actions, as well as integrating CRM systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce and SAP CRM.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands on development with Genesys Cloud CX platform preferred.
• CRM integrations experience preferred (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM).
• Ability to document system configurations and call flows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements.
