Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Hands-on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform preferred.
• Integration experience with CRM systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM preferred.
• Ability to document system configurations (call flows, integrations, data actions) preferred.
• Troubleshooting experience with Genesys Cloud platform and identity issues with upstream/downstream apps preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with business and technical team members preferred.
