The Consultant, Business Analysis at Cardinal Health partners with business leaders and project teams to identify business needs and deliver Information Technology solutions. You will define project scopes to efficiently deliver on business cases and ensure that solution development and change management achieve goals.

Through process improvements and activation of new capabilities, you will enable business units to meet operational and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, required
• Experience with diagramming detailed call flows (Visio / Lucid), preferred
• Experience with documenting user stories in Jira, preferred
• Test Execution / Defect Management experience (Functional testing, UAT), preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, others), preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and communicating technical functions or limitations into end user impacts, preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform the delivery of IT solutions.
• Leads elicitation sessions with impacted stakeholders and documents processes and rules.
• Partners with experts to define project scope and ensure alignment with business cases.
• Supports user acceptance testing and change management activities.
• Communicates project status clearly to stakeholders and partners.
