Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell site towers across the region. The role suits independent, self-starters willing to travel and work in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on generator experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work safely under OSHA standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with generator and electrical maintenance software/hardware.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade generators and related components.
• Install fuel/water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls per specs.
• Respond to generator alarms; on-call and travel as needed.
• Follow safety practices and OSHA guidelines during maintenance duties.
• Assist with reading blueprints and site specifications for installations.
