Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking an in-home sales professional to meet homeowners for standby generator consultations. You will assess sites, size systems, and explain how standby power works for your customers.

This role requires strong communication and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly. Responsibilities include guiding buyers through financing options, warranties, maintenance plans, and installation timelines, while keeping CRM records accurate and pursuing referrals through an

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Experience selling generators, HVAC, electrical, roofing, solar, or similar home improvement products.
• Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in homeowner-friendly terms.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities
