Job summary

FieldCore is seeking an entry-level TFA FEP participant in the Field Engineering Program. You will develop technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills through in-person and online training, on-the-job experience, and mentorship from seasoned advisors.

As you progress, you’ll gain hands-on experience, travel to projects, and have opportunities to advance to a Generator Specialist role after graduation from the FEP program.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams.
• Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety mindset and ensure work meets GE safety standards.
• Travel to and from projects and field assignments.
• Work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.
• Direct and manage repair or inspection procedures with up-to-date documentation.
• Recognize and document generator failures and present issues to customers.
• Support warranty administration and troubleshooting.
